Ingredients
Boiled rice - 1 cup.
Cahsewnuts - 1 tea spoon.
Channa dal - 1 tea spoon.
Ginger chop - 1 tea spoon.
Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons.
Cumin - half tea spoon.
Curyy leaves - 2 springs.
Grated coconut - 2 cup.
Green chillies - 2 numbers.
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
Red chilli - 3 numbers.
Salt - to taste.
Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
Coriander leaves - half bunch.
Method:
Cook rice seperately make sure it is fulffy.
Heat ghee in a pan Add cumin,mustard ,red chilli whole and saute till the aroma is released.
Now add the channa dal,urad dal ,gr chillies, ginger, curry leaves, cashew nuts, and saute it till soft.
Then add the coconut grated and sugar, gently stir it.
Add the rice in the same pan and fry for 2-3 minutes . Check seasoning , stir well and adjust.
Serve it hot.
